About me

I have extensive experience of working with depression of various severity, anxiety disorders and phobias, interpersonal and intrapersonal conflicts, and eating disorders.

I also work with endogenous disorders, psychotic spectrum disorders provided that there is stable psychopharmacotherapy prescribed by a psychiatrist.

I am trained in Third Wave CBT: ACT, CFT, DBT, MBSR and mindfulness based approaches as well as Schema therapy.
I have taught CBT and mindfulness classes at The St. Petersburg Bekhterev Psychoneurological Research Institute. I also underwent a long-term internship there in the 10th Department of Biopsychosocial Rehabilitation.

Worked at Regional Psychiatric Hospital №9 at Nevsky District, St. Petersburg, Russia.

Worked as a counseling psychologist at the psychological center “Quality of Life”, St. Petersburg, Russia, from the foundation until 2022.
Graduated with honors from St. Petersburg State University, Faculty of Psychology, majoring in Clinical Psychology, with specialization in clinical psychodiagnostics, counseling and psychotherapy.
